We checked they have a valid compliance with either the Property Ombudsman or The Property Redress Scheme. We also checking their insurance is always valid.

What information can I see before securing a deal?

You can view detailed property photos, property features, general location (town, county and area code), and comprehensive financial breakdowns including purchase price, development costs, potential resale value, expected return %, and all associated fees.

What happens after I secure a deal?

Once you pay the sourcer's fee, you immediately receive the full address and exclusive right to buy. You'll then be introduced to the seller or agent to proceed with the purchase via the usual solicitor-led process outside PropertyOp.

What if the deal is no longer available?

We'll refund your exclusive access fee immediately. If you've already paid the sourcer, they're expected to refund in line with fair trading and their redress scheme obligations. We'll step in to ensure a quick, fair resolution — protecting both parties.

Does PropertyOp handle the property purchase?

No, PropertyOp only facilitates the transaction between the deal sourcer and the buyer. The property purchase is completed outside of PropertyOp through the traditional process with solicitors, just as with any conventional property transaction.
